What we are offering

A practical systems project designed around one real operational challenge.

This is not a template, software trial, or short-term discount. It is a focused project to help one not-for-profit remove friction from the way their team operates.

The selected organization receives

Built, trained, maintained
01 Discovery We review the organization, the people involved, and the problem worth solving.
02 Process review We look at workflows, handoffs, tools, forms, spreadsheets, and pain points.
03 Solution planning We identify the right automation, workflow, internal system, or custom app opportunity.
04 Custom build We build the selected system around the organization's real needs.
05 User training We train the people who will use the system and support the launch.
06 Simple documentation We provide practical instructions so the system is easier to adopt.
07 Maintenance We keep the system running and support future adjustments.
08 Future revisions We continue improving the system as the organization evolves.
Why we are doing this

Good organizations should not be held back by messy systems.

Many not-for-profits do important work with limited time, limited staff, and limited budgets. Behind the scenes, that often means people are relying on spreadsheets, email chains, paper forms, manual follow-ups, duplicated data entry, and processes that only one or two people fully understand.

  • Time gets pulled away from the mission.
  • Handoffs become harder than they need to be.
  • Important follow-ups depend on memory.
  • Growth becomes harder to manage.
  • Staff and volunteers carry avoidable stress.

The goal is not just to give away software. The goal is to improve quality of life for the people doing the work.

Concierge Brokers
What this can solve

This is for the work behind the work.

You do not need to know what the solution should be. You only need to know where the friction is.

Volunteer intake and scheduling

Replace scattered emails, spreadsheets, and manual coordination with a clearer intake and scheduling flow.

Program registration

Help participants register, receive confirmations, and move through next steps without extra admin work.

Client or participant follow-up

Create reminders, status tracking, and handoffs so fewer things depend on memory.

Reporting dashboards

Turn manual reports into clearer views of activity, outcomes, deadlines, and operational needs.

Internal approval workflows

Move requests, approvals, and updates through a simple process that everyone can understand.

Custom internal applications

Build a system around how your team actually works, especially when off-the-shelf tools do not fit.

What we ask from you

We are looking for collaboration, not perfection.

At the first step, we only need enough information to understand who you are and how to reach you. Every organization that applies will receive a response and a short initial call. If it makes sense to continue after that conversation, we will ask deeper questions through the criteria questionnaire.

First step: basic details

  • Organization name and website.
  • Primary contact details.
  • A short description of what your organization does.
  • Who your organization serves.
  • A simple note about why you are interested.

Second step: fit questionnaire

  • Current processes and tools.
  • Areas of friction or duplicated work.
  • Possible impact on staff, volunteers, or the community.
  • Readiness to collaborate on discovery and implementation.
  • Privacy, security, or confidentiality considerations.

Start with a quick expression of interest. We will follow up with every organization that applies for a short call. After that conversation, we will determine whether to continue with the detailed criteria questionnaire or advise if the project is not the right fit.
